大倾角厚煤层综放工作面顶煤运移规律及工艺选择研究

摘要 为探究大倾角厚煤层综放开采顶煤运移规律及不同放煤工艺影响,以恒泰煤矿13040工作面为背景,运用CDEM数值模拟软件,建立不同顶煤厚度模型,模拟煤层倾角23°时顶煤放出情况,分析煤岩分界线演化、放出体形态特征,对比顶煤厚度为6、10、15 m时,顺序放煤与间隔放煤工艺下顶煤回收率,并开展工业性实验。研究表明,顶煤厚度增加,煤岩分界线倾斜度、放煤漏斗宽度和放出体最大横向宽度近似线性增长,回风巷煤岩分界线更平缓;顺序放煤时,煤层厚度与放煤量及回收率正相关,相同煤层条件下间隔放煤回收率更高。工业性试验中,顺序放煤在煤层倾角23°、顶煤厚度6.41 m时,回收率为75.21%;间隔放煤在煤层倾角23°、顶煤厚度8.1 m时回收率为80.21%,与模拟结果相近。该研究为大倾角厚煤层综放开采智能化、精细化放煤提供重要指导,对提高顶煤回收率和开采效率具有重要意义。 In order to explore the movement law of top coal and the influence of different coal caving processes in the fully-mechanized ca-ving mining of steeply inclined thick coal seams,a study was carried out with the No.13040 working face of Hengtai Coal Mine as the background,the CDEM numerical simulation software was used to establish models with different top coal thicknesses,the caving situation of top coal was simulated when the coal seam dip angle was 23°,the evolution of the coal and rock boundary and the shape characteristics of the caving body were analyzed,and the top coal recovery rates under the sequential coal caving and interval coal caving processes were compared when the top coal thicknesses were 6,10 and 15 m.Industrial experiments were also carried out.As the top coal thickness in-creases,the inclination of the coal and rock boundary,the width of the coal caving funnel,and the maximum transverse width of the caving body approximately increase linearly,and the coal and rock boundary in the return airway is more gentle.Under the sequential coal caving method,the coal seam thickness is positively correlated with the coal caving amount and the recovery rate,and under the same coal seam conditions,the top coal recovery rate of interval coal caving is higher.In the industrial test,the recovery rate of sequential coal caving was 75.21%when the coal seam dip angle was 23°and the top coal thickness was 6.41 m,and the recovery rate of interval coal caving was 80.21%when the coal seam dip angle was 23°and the top coal thickness was 8.1 m,which are close to the simulation results.This re-search provides important guidance for the intelligent and refined coal caving in the fully-mechanized caving mining of steeply inclined thick coal seams and is of great significance for improving the top coal recovery rate and mining efficiency.
