摘要
为激励燃煤发电机组采取更加环保的发电方式、提升电力系统运行的稳定性,研究新型电力系统协同燃煤发电机组低碳运行方法。以最小化新型电力系统净负荷波动为目标函数,以新能源弃风、弃光约束与储能系统充放电约束为条件,建立新型电力系统协同燃煤发电机组低碳运行的上层优化调度模型,优化新型电力系统净负荷曲线,提升其运行的稳定性;以最小化新型电力系统协同燃煤发电机组运行总成本,以及最小化碳排放量为目标函数,以燃煤机组出力约束与新型电力系统功率平衡约束等为条件,并引入国家核证自愿减排量(CCER)收益与上层模型输出的净负荷,建立下层优化调度模型,激励燃煤发电机组采取更加环保的发电方式,实现新型电力系统协同燃煤发电机组的低碳运行。实验结果表明,该方法可有效优化新型电力系统的净负荷,降低净负荷波动幅度,也可有效降低新型电力系统协同燃煤发电机组的总运行成本与碳排放量。
In order to encourage coal-fired generating units to adopt more environmentally friendly power generation methods and im-prove the stability of power system operation,the low-carbon operation methods for collaborative coal-fired power generation units in new power systems were studied.With the objective function of minimizing the net load fluctuation of the new power system and the con-straints of wind and light abandonment of new energy and charge and discharge of the energy storage system as constraints,the upper level optimization scheduling model of the new power system in collaboration with the coal-fired generating units for low-carbon opera-tion was established to optimize the net load curve of the new power system and improve the stability of its operation.With the objective function of minimizing the total cost of the new power system in collaboration with the coal-fired generating units and minimizing carbon emissions,and the constraint conditions of the coal-fired generating unit output constraint and the power balance constraint of the new power system,the optimization scheduling model of the lower layer was established by introducing the Chinese Certified Emission Re-duction(CCER)and the net load output of the upper model.Encourage coal-fired generating units to adopt more environmentally friendly power generation methods,and realize the low-carbon operation of new power systems in collaboration with coal-fired genera-ting units.The experimental results indicate that the method can effectively optimize the net load of the new power system and reduce the fluctuation amplitude of the net load,and can effectively reduce the total operating cost and carbon emission of the new power system in collaboration with the coal-fired generating unit.
