基于层次分析法和专家综合评估法的铁尾矿综合利用技术评估 被引量:1

Assessment of iron tailings comprehensive utilization technologies based on the AHP and expert integrated evaluation

摘要 铁尾矿综合利用技术评估模型是在层次分析法和专家综合评估法相结合的基础上构建的。文章对我国目前常用的铁尾矿制作陶粒、免烧砖、烧结砖、水泥、采空区充填材料、微晶材料、改良土壤、回收有价元素8种铁尾矿综合利用技术开展了定量评估和筛选。结果显示,铁尾矿综合利用技术评估模型的准则层指标权重最高的是经济特性,其次是技术特性,资源利用特性的权重最低;评估模型指标层权重最高的是投资回收期,投资成本、综合能耗也是重点考虑的因素;铁尾矿综合利用技术综合评估结果显示,最优的是制作免烧砖,制作微晶材料次之。 The evaluation model for comprehensive utilization technologies of iron tailings was constructed based on the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the comprehensive expert integrated evaluation.Eight types of comprehensive utilization technologies of iron tailings commonly used in China,including the production of ceramsite,non-fired bricks,fired bricks,cement,goaf filling materials,microcrystalline materials,application in soil improvement,and recovery of valuable elements,were quantitatively evaluated and screened.The results showed that in the evaluation model,the highest weight among the criteria layer indicators was assigned to economic characteristics,followed by technical characteristics,while the weight of resource utilization characteristics was the lowest;the highest weight among the indicator layer of the model was assigned to the payback period,and investment cost and comprehensive energy consumption were also key factors considered;the comprehensive evaluation results of iron tailings comprehensive utilization technologies showed that the optimal technology was the production of non-fired bricks,followed by the production of microcrystalline materials.
