摘要
【目的】功能性便秘是一种多因素导致的慢性胃肠道疾病,在中国患病率较高,并呈逐年上升的趋势。前期研究发现,凝结芽孢杆菌(Bacillus coagulans,B.coagulans)CCFM1041可以缓解小鼠功能性便秘。【方法】采用双盲、随机对照临床试验评估了CCFM1041缓解功能性便秘的临床效果,分析了73名受试者在干预前后便秘表观指标、血清胃肠调节递质水平以及肠道菌群的变化。【结果】服用CCFM1041后,84.2%的受试者排便频率增加,94.7%的受试者粪便性状得到改善。与对照组相比,CCFM1041可以显著上调血清中胃动素(MTL)和胃泌素(GAS)的质量浓度,更有效地调节肠道菌群。相关性分析结果显示,CCFM1041的作用机制可能与调节肠道菌群密切相关。【结论】CCFM1041能够有效缓解受试者的功能性便秘。研究结果为凝结芽孢杆菌CCFM1041在缓解便秘领域的应用提供了科学依据,并为筛选有效缓解便秘的益生菌提供了支持。
[Objective]Functional constipation is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder caused by multiple factors,with a relatively high and increasing prevalence in China.Previous studies have found that Bacillus coagulans(B.coagulans)CCFM1041 can alleviate symptoms of functional constipation in mice.[Method]A double-blind,randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted to evaluate the clinical efficacy of CCFM1041 in relieving functional constipation.A total of 73 participants were observed for changes in constipation-related indicators,serum levels of gastrointestinal regulatory neurotransmitters,and gut microbiota before and after the intervention.[Result]After taking CCFM1041,84.2%of participants experienced increased bowel movement frequency,and 94.7%of participants showed improved stool consistency.Compared with the control group,CCFM1041 significantly raised the mass concentrations of motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)in the serum and effectively regulated the gut microbiota.The correlation analysis indicates that CCFM1041 may exert the effect by modulating gut microbiota.[Conclusion]CCFM1041 can effectively alleviate symptoms of functional constipation in participants.The research results provide scientific evidence for the application of B.coagulans CCFM1041 in constipation relief and offer support for screening probiotics effective in alleviating constipation.
