摘要
马钢气体35000 m^(3)/h空分设备配套的离心式氧压机全套设备均自国外引进,因引进的氧压机运行年限长,设备故障增加,处理设备故障、更换原制造厂备件或国产化备件,运行参数均没能达到原有正常运行值。因此,马钢气体安装、运行1台国内企业设计、制造的离心式氧压机,保障35000 m^(3)/h空分设备氧气长周期、有效供给。文章叙述了RZ-2+2+2型离心式氧压机润滑油压力低、轴承温度高、电机软启动故障处理方法,介绍了国产氧压机设计、吹扫、调试内容,总结了引进氧压机、国产氧压机差异。
The complete set of centrifugal oxygen compressor equipment for the 35000 m^(3)/h air separation plant of Ma Steel was all imported from abroad.Due to the long operating years of the imported oxygen compressor,the number of equipment failures has increased,and the handling of equipment failures,replacement of original manufacturer spare parts or domestically produced spare parts,and operation parameters have not been able to reach the normal operating values of the original equipment.Therefore,Ma Steel installed and operated a centrifugal oxygen compressor designed and manufactured by a domestic enterprise to ensure the long-term and effective supply of oxygen for the 35000 m^(3)/h air separation plant.This paper describes the methods of handling the low lubricating oil pressure,high bearing temperature,and soft start failure of the RZ-2+2+2 type centrifugal oxygen compressor,introduces the design,blowing,and commissioning content of domestic oxygen compressors,and summarizes the differences between imported and domestic oxygen compressors.
