基于改进快速RISE的离岛微电网系统谐波故障监测

摘要 为了提高分布式离岛微电网系统谐波识别能力,设计了一种基于旋转不变信号估计的谐波故障监测方法,使得RISE方法能够在受到强干扰的情况下从测试结果获取准确频率分量。研究结果表明:高阶Blackman-Harris窗可以实现最低的旁瓣峰值电平,达到了最优的频谱泄漏抑制性能,获得了最高监测精度,幅值相对误差减小到了10-12%;相位相对误差减小到10-11%。受到噪声和频率波动的影响,算法始终保持优秀监测精度。该研究有助于提高离岛微电网系统的抗干扰能力,对建设智慧电网具有很高的益处。 In order to improve the harmonic identification ability of distributed outlying island microgrid systems,a harmonic fault monitoring method based on rotation invariant signal estimation was designed,which enables RISE method to obtain accurate frequency components from test results under strong interference.The results show that the high-order Blackman-Harris window can achieve the lowest sidelobal peak level,achieve the best spectrum leakage suppression performance,and obtain the highest monitoring precision,and the amplitude relative error is reduced to 10-12%.The phase relative error is reduced to 10-11%.Due to the influence of noise and frequency fluctuation,the proposed algorithm has always maintained excellent monitoring accuracy,and the accuracy has been significantly improved compared with other algorithms.The research is helpful to improve the anti-interference ability of the outlying island microgrid system,which is of great benefit to the construction of smart power grid.
