摘要
绿色低碳已经成为时代的主题,我国作为世界上最大的碳排放国,亟需探索“双碳”目标下我国化石能源受到的影响。指出基于我国的资源禀赋条件和国家能源安全的考虑情况下,在短时间内煤炭还将继续发挥着重要作用,天然气作为清洁能源为低碳战略转型提供桥梁作用,长期来看煤、石油和天然气将回归到化工原料的属性。
Green and low carbon has become the theme of the times.As the world's largest carbon emitter,China urgently needs to explore the impact of fossil energy in China under the“dual carbon”goal.It is pointed out that based on China's resource endowment and national energy security considerations,coal will continue to play an important role in the short term,natural gas as a clean energy source to provide a bridge for the transition to a low-carbon strategy,and in the long term,coal,petroleum and natural gas will be returned to the attributes of chemical raw materials.
