摘要
通过分析鸟类扑翼飞行特点,设计了一种仿生扑翼机械鸟。以无刷直流电机作为动力源来驱动双摇杆机构和曲柄摇杆机构,实现扑翼飞行动作,并对传动系统和主要机构尺寸进行了设计与计算。采用Solidworks软件构建仿生扑翼机械鸟的三维模型,并对其进行了运动学仿真。结果表明,所设计仿生扑翼机械鸟的结构合理,具有一定的应用价值。
By analyzing the characteristics of bird flapping wing,a bionic flapping-wing mechanical bird was designed,and the brushless DC motor was used as the power source to drive the twin rocker and crank rocker mechanism to realize the flapping wing flight action,and the dimensions of the transmission system and the main mechanism were designed and calculated.The 3D model was established by Solidworks,and the motion case was simulated.The results show that the design of the mechanism is reasonable,which provides a reference for the application of bionic flapping wing mechanical bird.
