摘要
新安医家程六如一生撰书立论,医理精深,内外兼擅,彰显出独特的新安特色。民国时期程氏亲笔撰写《程六如医案》,该书具有突出的文献价值和临床意义。全书共载有900余则医案,其中《程氏内科医案》6卷、《程氏外科医案》2卷均为孤本。学界已将《新安孤本医籍丛刊·第一辑:程六如医案》影印出版,尤为值得关注的是,书中近200则儿科医案展现出鲜明的诊疗特色。程氏临证以清法见长,能够根据不同的病症进行分类施治。在治疗过程中,善于运用消法,达到表里双解的治疗效果;同时,注重扶土和中,通过导滞退热的方法来调理患儿的脾胃功能;对于一些外科病症,程氏还采用托里解毒、内外同治的策略,全面兼顾患儿的身体状况。通过对《程六如医案》进行校注、整理等文献研究,以期进一步丰富新安医学儿科医案内容,对现代儿科临床有所裨益。
Cheng Liuru,a doctor of Xin′an,writes books and puts forward theories all his life.He has profound medical theory and is good at both internal medicine and surgery,highlighting the unique characteristics of Xin′an.Cheng Liuru′s Medical Cases is written by Cheng Liuru himself during the Republic of China,which has outstanding literature value and clinical significance.The book contains a total of more than 900 medical cases.Among them,6 volumes of Cheng′s Internal Medicine Cases and 2 volumes of Cheng′s Surgical Medicine Cases are the only existing copies.The academic circles have published the photocopy of Xin′an Existing Medical Books Series·The First Volume:Cheng Liuru′s Medical Cases.It is particularly noteworthy that nearly 200 pediatric medical cases in the book show distinctive characteristics of diagnosis and treatment.In the clinical practice,Cheng Liuru is good at using the clearing method,and can classify and treat the diseases according to different syndromes.In the process of treatment,Cheng Liuru is good at using the resolving method to achieve the therapeutic effect of relieving exterior-interior syndrome.At the same time,attention should be paid to supporting the earth and regulating the middle energizer.The spleen and stomach function of children can be regulated by the method of guiding stagnation and reducing heat.For some surgical diseases,Cheng also adopts the strategies of supporting the healthy-Qi and detoxification,and treating internal and external diseases,and comprehensively takes into account the physical condition of the children.This article is expected to further enrich the contents of pediatric medical cases of Xin′an medicine and be of benefit to modern pediatric clinical practice though the texlual research such as collation and annotation of Cheng liuru′s Medical cases.
