摘要
钢芯对外层绳股支撑能力的降低可能造成钢丝绳在表面磨损轻微情况下直径显著减小。进一步提高港口钢丝绳使用寿命,应高度关注钢芯直径的相对稳定性。建议采用措施:适当减小同层股间隙、提高钢丝绳捻制紧密性、采用压实股组芯、控制钢芯与外层绳股钢丝交叉程度、将钢芯生产视为成品钢丝绳生产、加强钢芯润滑、重视钢芯结构研究以及对钢芯表面进行聚合物包覆。
The reduction in supporting capacity of steel core to outer strands may cause significant decrease diameter of wire rope even with slight surface wear.To further enhance service life of wire ropes in ports,high attention should be paid to relative stability of steel core diameter.Measures are suggested as follows,appropriately reduce gap between strands in the same layer,enhance tightness of wire rope lay,use compacted strands for core assembly,control intersection degree between steel core and outer rope strands,treat production of steel cores as production of finished wire ropes,strengthen lubrication of steel cores,attach importance to research on structure of steel cores and apply polymer coating to surface of steel cores.
