面向高速场景的燃料电池汽车运营成本研究

摘要 中远途高速场景是燃料电池商用车规模化推广的重要场景,经济性评价是影响燃料电池汽车商业化应用的关键因素。本文从建立燃料电池汽车全生命周期评价模型出发,综合考虑补能时长和载货重量两项关键因素,计算得出3类高速运营典型车型的单位运输成本。通过对燃油车、纯电动汽车和燃料电池汽车的单位运输成本进行对比分析,并分析车辆成本、高速费用、氢耗和氢气价格等因素对单位运输成本的敏感度,得到降低氢价或氢耗对于优化成本效果最佳、高速费减免对重型载货车效果显著的结论,并提出延续燃料电池汽车补贴支持政策、支持方向向氢能供给端适当倾斜、企业应聚焦降低车辆自重和优化整车氢耗等针对性建议。 The medium to long distance expressway scenarios are important scenarios for the large-scale promotion of fuel cell commercial vehicles.Economic evaluation is a key factor affecting the commercial application of fuel cell vehicles.Starting from the establishment of a life cycle assessment model for fuel cell vehicles,this paper comprehensively considers 2 key factors:energy replenishment time and cargo weight,and calculates the unit transportation cost of three typical type of expressway operating vehicles.By comparing and analyzing the unit transportation costs of Internal combustion engine vehicles,battery electric vehicles,and fuel cell electric vehicles,and analyzing the sensitivity of factors such as vehicle costs,expressway fee,hydrogen consumption,and hydrogen prices to unit transportation costs.It is concluded that reducing hydrogen price or hydrogen consumption has the best effect on cost optimization,and the exemption of high-speed tolls has a significant effect on heavy trucks.Suggestions such as continuing the subsidy support policy for fuel cell vehicles,appropriately tilting the support direction to the hydrogen supply,and enterprises should focus on reducing the vehicle’s own weight and optimizing the hydrogen consumption of the entire vehicle are put forward.
