1例痰液戈登菌致膝关节术后感染案例分析及文献复习

One Case of Knee Joint Postoperative Infection Caused by Gordonia in Sputum and Literature Review

摘要 1病例资料患者,女,73岁,高血压病病史10余年,规律服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片1片,口服,每日1次,血压控制良好。血常规、体温正常。2023年2月1日因膝关节骨性关节炎行右膝关节表面置换术,2月14日患者右膝关节切口有渗出,伴有明显疼痛,触诊局部皮温较高。
