摘要
介绍了硅氧化孕育球墨铸铁的生产工艺,将该工艺应用到QT400-15矿山机械辊芯铸件上进行生产验证,取得较好效果,最后指出:(1)采用硅氧化孕育球墨铸铁生产工艺,在球化反应时铁液形成的沸腾翻卷,可以更加均匀地熔化吸收预处理的孕育剂,免去球化后再孕育过程,赢得浇注时间;(2)采用硅氧化孕育球墨铸铁工艺生产QT400-15辊芯铸件,其球化效果优于镁反应后再向铁液中加入孕育剂的球化效果,可稳定获得球化率≥90%的球墨铸铁,且每吨铸件降低生产成本58元。
The production process of silica-oxide inoculated nodular iron was introduced.Its application in the production of QT400-15 mining machinery roll cores was verified,achieving satisfactory results.Key findings include:(1)The silica-oxide inoculated nodular iron production process promoted a vigorous boiling and rolling reaction during spheroidization,which allowed for the uniform melting and absorption of the pre-treated inoculant,eliminating the need for post-spheroidization inoculation and saving pouring time.(2)Using the silica-oxide inoculated nodular iron process to produce QT400-15 roll cores results in superior spheroidization compared to adding inoculants to the molten iron after the magnesium reaction,consistently achieving a spheroidization rate of≥90%and reducing production costs by 58 RMB per ton of castings.
