摘要
目的探讨综合护理在老年食管癌放疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2025年2月在我院接受放疗的66例老年食管癌患者,根据护理方式分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的放疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可提高老年食管癌放疗患者的放疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in radiotherapy nursing for elderly esophageal cancer.Method 66 elderly patients with esophageal cancer who received radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to February 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group based on nursing methods,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Result The radiation therapy compliance of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group patients was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve the radiotherapy compliance of elderly patients with esophageal cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
