模仿、再现与传播:书评人工智能内容生产(AIGC)交互中的用户体验影响因素分析---以微信读书APP为例

摘要 人工智能生成内容(Artificial Intelligence Genarated Content,AI)技术正日益渗透到职业、平台、AI机器运行等领域,AIGC书评也成为与用户互动,增进app使用体验的方式。本文探讨了外部信息接触、AIGC书评的情境内容、情感色彩、表达技巧、互动频率等因素对用户共情能力的影响。本文通过对350名微信阅读用户进行问卷调查,并使用Amos.26.0软件进行数据分析的实验方法和定量分析方法,探讨了外部信息暴露、情境内容、情感色彩、表达技巧、互动频率等因素对用户共情的影响,以及用户共情与评论意愿之间的关系。结果表明,AIGC书评的情境内容、情感色彩、表达技巧、互动频率等是引起用户共鸣,从而提高用户沉浸式参与评论的重要路径。本研究丰富了人工智能生成内容的相关研究,也为人工智能生成内容的进一步科技探索提供了方向。未来,在文化领域,人类通过相互模仿和传播将思想或学说代代相传的模式将有可能打破人机交互的界限,形成人机互动、人机共生、人机融合的趋势。 Artificial Intelligence Genarated Content(AI)technology is increasingly penetrating into the fields of occupation,platform,AI machine operation,etc.,and AI comments have also become a chatting method that users take for granted.This paper explores the effects of external information exposure,contextual content of AI comments,emotional color,expression skills,frequency of interaction,etc.On users'empathy,as well as the relationship between users'empathy and their willingness to comment through the experimental method and the quantitative analysis method of the questionnAIr of AI survey on 350 WeChat reading users and data analysis by software Amos.26.0.The results show that the contextual content,emotional color,expression skills,and interactive frequency of AI comments is an important path to arouse users'empathy and thus increase their immersion participation in comments.It is a process of imitation,recreate and transmission for AI comments from the perspective of modal theory.This study enriches the related research on Artificial Intelligence Genarated Content and also provides a direction for further scientific and technological explorations of AI.Breaking the boundaries of human-technology interaction will be possible in the future,within the cultural sphere,the pattern of human beings passing on ideas or doctrines from one generation to the next through mutual imitation and dispersal may cross the border between human beings and machines,creating a trend of human-machine interaction,human-machine symbiosis,and human-technology fusion.
