摘要
随着高等教育从“知识本位”向“能力本位”转变,第二课堂在生涯教育中的作用日益凸显。通过理论分析与实践调查,分析了高校第二课堂与生涯教育的内在联系,探讨第二课堂在生涯教育中的独特价值,在理论层面,论证其作为生涯教育“隐性课程”的系统性功能定位;在实践层面,揭示当前第二课堂与生涯教育目标的实践困境,并提出以“实践共同体”为核心的转向策略。
As higher education transitions from a“knowledge-based”to a“competency-based”paradigm,the role of the second classroom in career education has become increasingly prominent.Through theoretical analysis and practical investigation,this paper examines the intrinsic connection between the second classroom and career education at higher education institutions,exploring its unique value in career development.At the theoretical level,it demonstrates the systemic functional positioning of the second classroom as a“hidden curriculum”in career education.At the practical level,the study reveals current implementation challenges in aligning the second classroom with career education objectives,proposing a transformative strategy centered on establishing“communities of practice”.
