摘要
目的:探究即刻种植修复对牙缺损患者修复效果及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月甘肃省景泰县中医医院收治的62例(共62颗牙)牙缺损患者作为研究对象,使用随机数表法分为延时组与即刻组,每组各31例。延时组采用延时种植修复,即刻组采用即刻种植修复。比较两组修复效果、ISQ值及治疗前后疼痛评分、疼痛因子水平及牙周指标。结果:两组修复效果及ISQ值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,即刻组疼痛评分、疼痛因子水平及牙周指标均低于延时组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较延时种植修复,即刻种植修复治疗牙缺损有助于降低患者疼痛因子水平及疼痛症状,改善患者牙周指标。
Objective:To explore the effect of immediate implant restoration on the restoration effect and pain of patients with tooth defect.Method:62 patients(62 teeth)with tooth defect admitted to Jingtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected.All patients were divided into delayed group(31 cases)and immediate group(31 cases)by random number table method.The delayed group was treated with delayed implant restoration,and the immediate group was treated with immediate implant restoration.The restoration effect,ISQ value,pain score,pain factor levels and periodontal indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the restoration effect and ISQ value between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pain score,levels of pain factors and periodontal indicators in the immediate group were lower than those in the delayed group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with delayed implant restoration,immediate implant restoration in the treatment of tooth defect can help to reduce the level of pain factors and pain symptoms,and improve the periodontal indexes of patients.
