摘要
目的:探究儿童性早熟采用四逆散结汤联合亮丙瑞林治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年6月晋江市医院收治的100例儿童性早熟样本实施对比分析试验。采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组为亮丙瑞林治疗,观察组为四逆散结汤联合亮丙瑞林治疗,比较两组临床有效率、性激素水平、卵巢容积、子宫容积、卵泡直径、骨龄指数、血清因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果:两组临床有效率、性激素水平、卵巢容积、子宫容积、卵泡直径、骨龄指数数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清因子水平数据比较,治疗后观察组脂联素(ADPN)数据明显高于对照组,血清神经激肽B(NKB)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)数据明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童性早熟采用四逆散结汤联合亮丙瑞林进行治疗干预可以达到相对理想的效果,治疗后的性激素水平趋于正常,卵巢与子宫不同程度缩小,骨龄与卵泡直径指标近似健康儿童,多项血清因子水平改善,用药后不会产生严重的不良反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Sini Sanjie Decoction combined with leuprelin in the treatment of children with precocious puberty.Method:A comparative analysis trial was carried out in Jinjiang Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024,and 100 female children with precocious puberty were selected during the period.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by using the medical record number table method,with 50 children in both groups.The control group was treated with leuprelin,and the observation group was treated with Sini Sanjietang combined with leuprelin.The clinical effective rate,sex hormone level,ovarian volume,uterine volume,follicle diameter,bone age index,serum factor level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was statistically significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in ovarian volume,uterine volume,follicular diameter and bone age index data between the two groups(P<0.05).The comparison of the serum factor level data of the two groups showed that after treatment,the adiponectin(ADPN)data of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the serum neurokinin B(NKB)and insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1)data were significantly lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with precocious puberty,the treatment intervention with Sini Sanjie Decoction combined with leprorelin can achieve relatively ideal results.After the treatment,the sex hormone levels of the children tend to be normal,the ovaries and uterus shrink to varying degrees.The bone age and follicular diameter indicators are similar to those of healthy children,the levels of multiple serum factors improve,with no serious adverse reactions.
