摘要
中国检察学知识体系的“自主性”体现为主体性、本土性、包容性和创新性的统一。为大局服务、为人民司法、为法治担当是检察理念现代化的最新内涵。检察机关是国家的法律监督机关,是保障法律统一正确实施的司法机关,是保护国家利益和公共利益的重要力量,是国家监督体系的重要组成部分。高质效办好每一个案件就是检察实践中公平正义的价值观。四大检察各有各的逻辑,但最后统一于检察机关的法律监督权中。中国检察制度已形成自己特色并有独特优势,这是我们坚定法治自信和检察自信的根据。
The"autonomy"of the Chinese Procuratorial Science knowledge system is reflected in the unity of subjectivity,nativism,inclusivity,and innovation.Serving the broader interests of the nation,administering justice for the people,and upholding the rule of law represent the latest dimensions of modernization in prosecutorial philosophy.Procuratorial organs are state organs for legal supervision,judicial bodies ensuring the unified and correct implementation of the law,a significant force safeguarding national and public interests,and a crucial component of the national oversight system.Delivering high-quality and efficient outcomes in every case embodies the values of fairness and justice in prosecutorial practice.While the"Four Major Prosecutorial Functions"(criminal,civil,administrative,and public interest litigation)each follow distinct internal logics,they ultimately unify under the procuratorial organs legal supervisory power.The Chinese procuratorial system has developed distinct characteristics and unique advantages,forming the foundation for our confidence in the rule of law and in the procuratorial system.
