摘要
目的探讨中频脉冲治疗仪联合益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中偏瘫的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年12月本院收治的100例脑卒中偏瘫患者为对象,随机分为两组。对照组采用中频脉冲治疗仪,试验组采用中频脉冲治疗仪联合益肾调督针法。比较两组治疗效果、中医症状评分、肢体功能、平衡能力及步态。结果试验组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组各项中医症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组WMFT、FMA-LE、FCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组TUG测试、10 m步行时间短于对照组,患侧步长大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中频脉冲治疗仪联合益肾调督针法治疗脑卒中偏瘫可改善患者的临床症状及肢体功能、步态,增强其平衡能力,效果确切。
Objective To explore the effect of medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with Yishen Tiaodu acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods 100 hemiplegic patients with stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with a medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument,while the experimental group was treated with a medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument combined with the Yishen Tiandu acupuncture method.The therapeutic effects,TCM symptom scores,limb functions,balance abilities,gait of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM symptoms in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the WMFT,FMA-LE and FCA scores of the experimental group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TUG test and the 10-meter walking time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the step length of the affected side was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of medium-frequency pulse therapy instrument and Yishen Tiaodu acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke can improve the clinical symptoms,limb function and gait of patients,enhance their balance ability,and have definite effect.
