摘要
食品安全快速检测技术是保障食品安全的关键手段,能够实现对食品中有害物质的及时筛查与预警。本文系统分析了当前食品安全快速检测技术的应用现状,指出其在技术标准体系、应用场景覆盖和产业协同发展方面存在的不足,并针对这些问题,提出了健全技术标准体系、拓展多元应用场景、强化产业协同发展的优化对策,具体措施包括统一国内标准、对接国际标准;根据不同场景需求开发适配性技术;深化产学研合作、培育龙头企业等,旨在构建全方位、多层次的食品安全快速检测体系,保障公众健康与产业安全。
The rapid detection technology for food safety is a key means to ensure food safety,which can achieve timely screening and early warning of harmful substances in food.This article systematically analyzes the current application status of rapid food safety detection technology,pointing out its shortcomings in technical standard system,application scenario coverage,and industrial collaborative development.And in response to these issues,optimization measures have been proposed to improve the technical standard system,expand diverse application scenarios,and strengthen industrial collaborative development.Specific measures include unifying domestic standards and aligning with international standards;develop adaptive technologies based on different scenario requirements;deepening the cooperation between industry,academia,and research,cultivating leading enterprises,etc.,aims to build a comprehensive and multi-level food safety rapid testing system to ensure public health and industrial safety.
