摘要
菠萝作为热带特色水果,其营养成分检测对品质评价、加工利用及市场规范具有重要意义。本文从技术、人员、设备及环境4个维度剖析营养成分检测过程中存在的关键问题,并提出针对性优化策略,以期为提升菠萝检测精准度、完善行业质量控制体系提供理论参考。
As a tropical specialty fruit,the detection of nutritional components in pineapple is of great significance for quality evaluation,processing utilization,and market standardization.This paper analyzes the key problems existing in the detection process from four dimensions:technology,personnel,equipment,and environment,and proposes targeted optimization strategies.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference for improving the accuracy of pineapple detection and perfecting the industry quality control system.
