M701J联合循环机组静止变频器系统供电稳定性与晶闸管整流电路协同优化

摘要 本文对M701J联合循环机组中静止变频器(SFC)系统供电稳定性与晶闸管整流电路的协同优化进行研究。通过对SFC系统供电稳定性影响因素以及晶闸管整流电路工作原理与特性的深入剖析,提出了一系列协同优化策略,比如晶闸管触发控制策略优化、改进晶闸管整流电路拓扑结构。实验数据表明,优化后的晶闸管整流电路和SFC系统在输出电压稳定性、电流稳定性、谐波抑制、系统启动时间、机组运行稳定性以及系统效率等方面均有显著改善。本文研究可以为先进的联合循环机组的电路系统优化,提供参考。 This paper conducts research on the collaborative optimization of the power supply stability of the SFC system and the thyristor rectifier circuit in the M701J combined cycle unit.This paper analyzes factors affecting SFC system power supply stability and the working principles and characteristics of thyristor rectifier circuits.It proposes several joint optimization strategies,such as optimizing thyristor triggering control and improving the topological structure of thyristor rectifier circuits.Experimental data shows that the optimized system performs better in output voltage stability,current stability,harmonic suppression,system start-up time,unit operation stability,and system efficiency.This research offers a reference for optimizing the circuit systems of advanced combined cycle units.
