摘要
装配式建筑设计为主的建筑信息建模(Building Information Modeling,BIM)推动建筑业朝着更高效、可持续的方向发展。探讨BIM技术在装配式建筑领域的应用潜能与实施流程。BIM在提高设计精度、优化构件制造与装配过程、减少现场施工错误方面起着关键作用。从概念设计到施工图设计,再到制作制造、现场装配,详细阐述了BIM如何支撑装配式建筑,展示了BIM技术在装配建筑设计的标准化、模块化、信息化方面所取得的重大优势。
Building Information Modeling(BIM),which focuses on prefabricated building design,promotes the de-velopment of the construction industry towards a more efficient and sustainable direction.This paper discusses the po-tential and implementation process of BIM technology in the field of prefabricated buildings.BIM plays a key role in improving design accuracy,optimizing component manufacturing and assembly processes,and reducing on-site con-struction errors.This paper in detail elaborates on how BIM supports prefabricated buildings from conceptual design to construction drawing design,and then to manufacturing and on-site assembly,demonstrating the significant advan-tages of BIM technology in standardizing,modularizing,and information of prefabricated building design.
