矿井大采高综采工作面末采片帮治理措施研究

摘要 5607大采高综采工作面巷道围岩稳定性差,在末采期间易出现煤壁严重片帮现象,安全生产隐患大。为有效治理5607综采工作面的末采煤壁片帮问题,基于5607综采工作面采煤工况及顶底板岩性,分析末采煤壁片帮的主要类型,提出为煤壁钻孔注浆的末采煤壁片帮治理措施,设计具体的钻孔注浆加固方案,并进行工程应用。结果表明:通过对回采巷道及主撤巷道煤壁进行钻孔、注浆,提高了5607综采工作面巷道煤壁煤体强度,有效控制了末采巷道破碎煤体,末采期间煤壁未发生严重片帮现象,实现了5607综采工作面的安全高效末采。 The stability of the surrounding rock in the roadway of the 5607 fully mechanized mining face is poor,and serious fragmentation of the coal wall is prone to occur during the final mining period,posing a great safety production hazard.In order to effectively address the issue of the coal seam wall lining in the 5607 fully mechanized mining face,based on the mining conditions and roof and floor rock types of the 5607 fully mechanized mining face,the main types of coal seam wall lining are analyzed,and measures for the treatment of coal seam wall lining by drilling and grouting are proposed.Specific drilling and grouting reinforcement schemes are designed and applied in engineering.The results showed that by drilling and grouting the coal walls of the mining and main withdrawal tunnels,the strength of the coal wall in the 5607 comprehensive mining face was improved,and the fragmentation of the coal body in the final mining roadway was effectively controlled.During the final mining period,there was no serious fragmentation of the coal wall,achieving safe and efficient final mining in the 5607 comprehensive mining face.
