摘要
针对HRB400螺纹钢冶炼生产中硅损、锰损较多的问题,提出了转炉冶炼HRB400的生产技术要点和降低该钢种生产成本的相关技术措施。通过采取技术措施,可有效降低HRB400在生产过程中的合金损耗,并提高产品的合格率,继而实现HRB400螺纹钢产品的低成本、高效率生产。
In response to the problem of high silicon and manganese losses in the smelting production of HRB400 rebar,the production technology points of HRB400 by converter smelting and relevant technical measures to reduce the production cost of this steel grade are proposed.By taking technical measures,the alloy loss of HRB400 in the production process can be effectively reduced,and the product qualification rate can be improved,thereby achieving low-cost and high-efficiency production of HRB400 threaded steel products.
