摘要
为深入贯彻党中央、国务院关于碳达峰碳中和(“双碳”)的重大战略部署,实现碳达峰碳中和化工人才的培养,作为地方高校,构建适合地方发展、符合“双碳”目标的应用型人才培养的课程体系对人才目标的培养至关重要。目前,“双碳”人才综合素质与实际需求存在较大差距,京津冀地区能源工业对双碳人才区域需求尤为突出。立足化工类“碳中和”本科人才培养,探索合适的课程体系,以期在专业课程学习的同时,逐渐增强学生的“双碳”目标意识,培养出兼具“双碳”目标意识和技术创新思维的应用型人才,满足“双碳”目标下的人才需求。
In order to thoroughly implement the major strategic deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on carbon peak and carbon neutrality("dual carbon"),and to achieve the cultivation of chemical talents for carbon peak and carbon neutrality,as a local university,it is crucial to build a curriculum system suitable for local development and in line with the"dual carbon"goals for the cultivation of applied talents.At present,there is a signifi cant gap between the comprehensive quality of dual carbon talents and the actual demand,and the local demand for dual carbon talents is particularly prominent in several energy industries in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.Based on the undergraduate talent cultivation of"carbon neutrality"in the fi eld of chemical engineering,this article explores a suitable curriculum system in order to gradually enhance students'awareness of the"dual carbon"goal while studying professional courses,cultivate applied talents who possess both"dual carbon"goal awareness and technological innovation thinking,and meet the talent needs under the"dual carbon"goal.
