摘要
目的调查安徽省三级公立综合医院中医学科建设现状,为综合医院中医学科发展提供参考。方法对安徽省66所三级公立综合医院中医学科建设情况进行问卷调查。结果66所医院均开设了中医门诊,其中42所医院开设了中医特色门诊。56所医院设立了中医病床,共1779张,占医院总开放床位数的2.49%。共有中医类别执业医师635名,中医专科护士645名,9所医院有中医类别省级及以上人才称号的人员。20所医院设置了中医亚专科,中医年门诊量占医院年总门诊量的1.48%,中医年出院人次占医院年总出院人次的1.86%,中医学科收治住院前5位病种有40种。14所医院中医学科近5年获批省部级或国家级课题,35所医院中医学科在SCI及核心期刊发表论文。结论安徽省三级公立综合医院中医学科建设力度需加强。建议加大对中医学科的扶持力度,创新中医药人才培养方式,持续提升中医学科医疗服务能力,重视中医学科科研创新能力。
Objective To investigate the current status of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)discipline construction in tertiary public general hospitals in Anhui Province,and to provide references for the development of TCM disciplines in general hospitals.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on the TCM discipline construction in 66 tertiary public general hospitals in Anhui Province.Results All 66 hospitals had established TCM outpatient departments,with 42 hospitals offering specialized TCM outpatient services.Fifty-six hospitals had set up TCM inpatient beds,totaling 1779 beds,accounting for 2.49%of the total open beds in the hospitals.There are 635 licensed traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and 645 TCM specialist nurses.Twelve hospitals had TCM talents with provinciallevel or above titles.Twenty hospitals had established TCM sub-specialties.The annual TCM outpatient volume accounted for 1.48%of the total hospital outpatient volume,and the annual TCM discharge volume accounted for 1.86%of the total hospital discharge volume.There were 40 types of diseases among the top five conditions admitted to the TCM disciplines.Fourteen hospitals'TCM disciplines had been approved for provincial or national-level projects in the past five years,and 35 hospitals'TCM disciplines had published papers in SCI and core journals.Conclusion The construction of TCM disciplines in tertiary public general hospitals in Anhui Province needs to be strengthened.It is recommended to increase support for TCM disciplines,innovate the training methods for TCM talents,continuously improve the medical service capabilities of TCM disciplines,and attach importance to the scientific research and innovation capabilities of TCM disciplines.
