Determination of Trace New Pollutants Bisphenol F in Environment Water Samples by Solid Phase Extraction and High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 以固相萃取为预处理技术,建立了一种灵敏、高效检测环境水体中痕量双酚F(BPF)的方法。该方法以C18固相萃取柱吸附水样中BPF,水样体积为1.0 L。在优化的实验条件下,所建立方法的检出限为0.005μg/L,线性范围为0.01~20μg/L,相关系数r^(2)=0.9991,加标回收率为97.3%~107.2%。将该方法用于实际环境水样的分析,33个采集点位的66个地表水样中,BPF的春季检出率为42.4%,平均检出浓度为0.134μg/L,均高于秋季的24.2%和0.057μg/L。 A sensitive and efficient method for the determination of trace Bisphenol F(BPF)in environment water samples was proposed by solid phase extraction(SPE)and high performance liquid chromatography.For SPE procedure,C18 was used as the adsorbent to adsorb BPF in the water sample,and 1.0 L water sample was used.The limit of detection was 0.005μg/L under the optimized conditions,and the linearity was obtained from 0.01 to 20μg/L,with a squared regression coefficient r^(2)of 0.9991.Spiked recoveries of 97.3%-107.2%were obtained.The proposed method was applied for the determination of trace BPF in environmental water samples.Totally 66 water samples were collected from 33 points.The detection rate of 42.4%and the average concentration of 0.134μg/L were found in spring water samples,and 24.2%and 0.057μg/L for autumn water samples.
