摘要
近年来,污染物溯源技术日益受到环境管理部门的重视。然而,在水环境领域,大量未知有机污染物的分析及鉴别缺乏相应技术手段,特别是针对不同样品间的差异化分析,目前在环境污染物溯源分析中尚处空白。本文利用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱仪采集水质异常断面及其上游断面样本中的有机污染物信息,通过正交偏最小二乘判别分析(OPLS-DA)实现了对不同点位样品的差异化分析,根据模型筛选具有显著性差异的化合物,通过自建数据库和在线谱库对差异化合物进行定性。结果表明,水质异常断面与上游样本存在明显差异,经鉴别后检出扑尔敏、苯并咪唑-2-乙腈、六溴三亚苯、二硫化谷胱甘肽和二甲基烯丙基二磷酸等5种有机污染物,并将结果提供给环境管理部门参考。本方法对于保障水环境安全,及时提供污染信息,有效应对环境应急突发事件和溯源分析具有十分重要的意义。
In recent years,the traceability technology of pollutants has received more and more attention from the environmental management department.There are still a large number of unknown organic pollutants in the water environment due to the lack of corresponding technology for analysis and identification,especially the non-targeted differentiation analysis between different samples,which was still blank in the traceability of environmental pollutants.In this work,the organic pollutants information of the water quality anomaly section and its upstream section samples were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS).The data of the samples at different points were distinguished by orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).Compounds with significant differences in abundance were qualitative according to the model of self-built databases and online databases.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the abnormal water quality section and the upstream sample.The chlorpheniramine,2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)acetonitrile,2,3,6,7,10,11-hexabromotriphenylene,glutathione disulfide and dimethylallyl diphosphate were detected after identification,which were submitted to the environmental management department for reference.It is important to ensure the safety of water environment,provide timely pollution information,and effectively respond to environmental emergencies and traceability analysis.
