摘要
本文介绍了一起特高压换流站交流滤波器场电容器接线头发热跟踪和处置过程,并对发热故障原因进行分析。通过分析换流站滤波器配置情况和结构类型,结合发热案例的发现过程、现场处置、返厂分析等情况,最终确定发热原因为电容器出线套管的接线导杆下部与铜绞线接触不良所致,在电容器运行过程中因回路电阻偏大导致发热,对此提出运维建议,并对新建站工程制定电容器调试策略。对其他换流站及变电站同结构电容器发热分析具有借鉴和指导意义。
In this paper,the process of tracking and handling the heating of connection terminal of capacitor of the field of AC filter at an ultra-high voltage converter station is introduced,and the cause of the heating is analyzed.By analyzing the configuration and structural types of the filter of the converter station in combination with such situations as the discovery process of the heating case,site treatment and retum to factory for analysis,it is finally confirmed that the heating is due to the weak contact between the lower part of the conductive rod of the capacitor outlet sleeve and the copper stranded wire and the heat is generated due to the high circuit resistance during the operation of the capacitor.In response to this,the operation and maintenance sugegstions are proposed and the maintenance suggestions are proposed and the debugging strategies of capacitor for the new station project are formulated.It has reference and guiding significance for the analysis of heat generation of capacitor with the same structure in other converter stations and substations.
