摘要
由于金属化膜具有自愈性、工作场强和储能密度高等特点,金属化膜电容器被广泛应用于柔性直流输电领域。其元件质量的关键在于卷绕工艺的精密性,尤其是卷绕张力的控制,直接影响薄膜层间接触状态和径向压强分布。张力不足会导致层间松散,引入空气间隙,而张力过大会损伤薄膜,影响自愈性能。本文从卷绕机张力调节入手,分析其对元件结构和自愈特性的影响机理,并引入层间压强概念对自愈性能的影响,为设计优化提供理论依据,设定工艺参数。
Metallized capacitors are widely used in VSC-HVDC transmission field due to such features of the metallized film as self-healing property,high operating field strength and high energy density.The key to the quality of its elements is in the the accuracy of the winding process,with the control of winding tension in particular,which will directly affect the interlayer contact condition and the radial pressure distribution of the film.Insufficient tension can lead to looseness between layers and introduce air gaps,while excessive tension can damage the film and affect the self-healing performance.Staring from the tension adjustment in this paper,the influence mechanism of the winder on the element structure and self-healing characteristics is analyzed,and the concept of interlayer pressure is introduced to explore its influence on self-healing performance,providing theoretical basis for optimizing design and setting process parameters.
