基于激光跟踪仪的盾构机的检测方法及再造盾构机装配流程设计

摘要 随着工程的快速发展,地铁、高铁等交通项目在全国各地广泛兴建,盾构隧道掘进机(盾构机)成为隧道掘进施工的重要设备之一。本文针对盾构机的关键指标,提出一种用激光跟踪仪对其进行测量的方法。该方法能准确评估盾构机主轴承各部件的实际状况,同时测量盾构机的外径、分度圆直径、圆度等关键指标,确保其各项性能指标符合设计要求。使用激光跟踪仪的测试数据设计出一种再造盾构机的装配流程,实现精确部件匹配,精准筛选和再利用部件,达到维护成本的目的。 With the rapid development of the project,subway,high-speed rail and other transportation projects are widely built all over the country.Shield tunneling machine(TBM)has become one of the important equipment for tunnel excavation construction.Aiming at the key indexes of shield machine,this paper proposes a method to measure it with laser tracker.This method can accurately evaluate the actual condition of the main bearing components of the shield machine,and measure the key indicators such as the outer diameter,indexing circle diameter,roundness of the shield machine to ensure that its performance indicators meet the design requirements.Using the test data of the laser tracker,an assembly process of the reconstituted shield machine is designed to achieve accurate component matching,accurate screening and reuse of components,and achieve the purpose of maintenance cost.
