摘要
工业工艺过程是一个复杂的系统,为准确掌握反应过程中不同物质的含量,保障系统的安全运行,须对反应釜等设备进行实时监测。本文针对化学反应釜、微通道反应器等流程工艺上的设备,通过分析衰减全反射技术原理和特点,设计了一种防腐性能好、测温范围广、耐压能力强的红外全反射探头。实践表明,该探头能直接插入到反应器中,对其中的物质组分、温度、压力等参数进行实时监测,为反应釜安全预警模型的建立提供参考。
Industrial process is a complex system.In order to accurately grasp the content of different substances in the reaction process and ensure the safe operation of the system,it is necessary to carry out real-time monitoring on the reactor and other equipment.Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of attenuated total reflection technology,an infrared total reflection probe with good corrosion resistance,wide temperature measurement range and strong pressure resistance is designed for the process equipment of chemical reaction kettle and microchannel reactor.The practice shows that the probe can be directly inserted into the reactor to monitor the material composition,temperature,pressure and other parameters in real time,which provides a reference for the establishment of the reactor safety early warning model.
