摘要
根据某城市轨道交通工程PSCADA系统的建设需求,提出一种基于IEC 61850通信协议的多线路共享控制中心的电力监控PSCADA系统解决方案,实现对供电系统的线网级监控和调度。方案采用冗余以太网环相切的组网方式构建通信骨干网,并在各控制中心之间组建数据同步网络;车站系统采用冗余星型组网接入供电系统的智能电子装置IED、间隔控制器BCU等智能装置,并基于IEC 61850协议与控制中心进行数据信息交互。相较传统的PSCADA系统组网方案,本文所述方案在通信骨干网组网结构、主站服务器设置方式、子站和主站通信模式等方面具有一定优势。
According to the construction requirements of PSCADA system for a certain urban rail transit project,a power monitoring PSCADA system solution based on IEC 61850 communication protocol for multi-line shared control center is proposed to achieve line-level monitoring and dispatching of the power supply system.The scheme adopts a redundant Ethernet ring tangent networking method to construct a communication backbone network,and sets up a data synchronization network between each control center.The station system adopts a redundant star shaped network to connect intelligent electronic devices such as IED and interval controllers BCU to the power supply system,and exchanges data information with the control center based on the IEC 61850 protocol.Compared to traditional PSCADA system networking solutions,the proposed scheme in the paper has certain advantages in terms of communication backbone network networking structure,main station server configuration,and communication modes between slave stations and main stations.
