摘要
信息化技术为高校学生教育管理模式的转变提供了契机。从教育管理个性化、管理平台建设信息化和评价体系多元化等方面入手,分析教育管理模式的转变,指出信息化环境下高校学生教育管理所面临的问题,并提出具有针对性的应对策略,即推行个性化教育管理方案、实施信息分类与智能过滤、强化网络安全防护体系、提升教育管理者的专业能力与信息素养,以此优化信息化时代下高校学生教育管理工作。
Information technology provides an opportunity for the transformation of college students'educational management mode.Starting from aspects such as the personalization of educational management,information system construction for management platform and the diversification of the evaluation system,this study analyzes the transformation of the educational management mode,points out the problems faced by the educational management of college students in the information environment,and proposes targeted countermeasures.That is,to implement personalized education management plans,carry out information classification and intelligent filtering,strengthen the network security protection system,and enhance the professional ability and information literacy of education managers,so as to optimize the education and management of college students in the information age.
