基于双传感器融合的锅炉位移监测系统

摘要 针对工业锅炉在运行过程中,其膨胀与收缩状态难以实现实时监控这一问题,设计了一种用于监测锅炉关键节点位移的系统。系统采用了双传感器融合的测量方法,涵盖下位机测量系统与上位机监控系统两部分,二者分工协作以达到数据的高效处理与可视化呈现。其中,下位机测量系统聚焦于数据采集与处理,主要对传感器电路、供电电路、通信电路以及预警电路进行设计,并配套开发了相关软件驱动程序;上位机监控系统则着重负责数据的接收、处理、可视化展示以及存储等操作。经测试验证,该监测系统具备高效且稳定的数据采集与通信能力,切实实现了对锅炉膨胀节点位移数据的实时监测,为锅炉安全运行中监测位移提供了有效的手段。 Given the difficulty in real-time monitoring of the expansion and contraction status of industrial boilers during operation,this study proposes a system for monitoring the displacement of key nodes in boilers.The system adopts a dual sensor fusion measurement method,covering two parts:the lower computer measurement system and the upper computer monitoring system.The two work together to achieve efficient data processing and visualization.Among them,the lower computer measurement system focuses on data acquisition and processing,mainly designing sensor circuits,power supply circuits,communication circuits,and warning circuits,and developing related software driver programs;The upper computer monitoring system is mainly responsible for data reception,processing,visualization display,and storage operations.After testing and verification,the monitoring system has efficient and stable data collection and communication capabilities,effectively achieving real-time monitoring of displacement data of boiler expansion nodes,and providing an effective means for monitoring displacement during safe operation of boilers.
