摘要
针对径向混合磁轴承传统永磁阵列永磁体利用效率不高,偏置磁路和控制磁路之间常常存在耦合等问题,提出了一种具备2极5段式Halbach永磁阵列及x、y定子铁心独立设置的聚磁型径向混合磁轴承结构。运用ANSY Electronics Desktop软件定量分析了Halbach阵列的聚磁性能,对其三维磁场分布、磁场力与控制电流与转子位移之间的变化规律及耦合特性进行了仿真分析。结果表明,Halbach阵列聚磁性能明显提升,x、y向控制磁场之间解耦效果良好,较好地线性化力-位移、力-电流关系,为磁悬浮设计与控制提供了理论参考。
The traditional permanent magnet array for radial hybrid magnetic bearings has low utilization efficiency,and there are often coupling problems between the bias magnetic circuit and the control magnetic circuit.This study proposes a flux focusing radial hybrid magnetic bearing structure with a 2-pole 5-segment Halbach magnetic array and independent x and y stator cores.The magnetic flux focusing performance of Halbach array is quantitatively analyzed by using ANSYS Electronics Desktop software,and the three-dimensional magnetic field distribution,magnetic field force and control current,and coupling characteristics between them are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the Halbach array has significantly improved magnetic focusing performance,and the decoupling effect between the x-direction and y-direction control magnetic fields is good,the force-displacement and force-current relationships are well linearized,,providing theoretical reference for magnetic bearing design and control.
