摘要
山东省是中国甜樱桃的核心产区,但近年来甜樱桃产业面临诸多挑战,尤其是果实采后易腐烂、不耐贮藏和保鲜技术相对滞后,极大地制约了产业的健康快速发展。本文聚焦山东甜樱桃采后贮藏保鲜研究进展,系统分析了影响甜樱桃贮藏保鲜效果的关键因素,总结了甜樱桃目前的保鲜技术,包括物理保鲜、化学保鲜以及生物保鲜等,以期为山东甜樱桃采后贮藏保鲜提供参考。
Shandong province,as the core production area for sweet cherries in China,faces numerous challenges in its industrial development recently.Particularly,the postharvest perishability and poor storability of the fruit,coupled with relatively lagging preservation technologies,severely restrict the healthy and rapid development of the sweet cherry industry.This study focused on the postharvest storage and preservation of sweet cherries in Shandong.It systematically analyzed the key factors affecting storage and preservation efficacy and summarized the current preservation technologies for sweet cherries,including physical,chemical,and biological preservation methods.The aim was to provide a reference for future research on postharvest storage and preservation techniques for sweet cherries in Shandong province.
