摘要
大学生食品安全素养是健康中国建设的重要组成部分。其水平高低直接关系到大学生的身心健康和社会的稳定发展。本文以健康中国战略为研究背景,深入探讨大学生食品安全素养的现状,分析了当前大学生在食品安全知识、态度和行为方面存在的问题,并从个人、学校和社会等多个方面提出了针对性的提升路径。大学生食品安全素养的提升对于保障大学生健康、推动食品安全社会共治具有重要的现实意义。通过系统的教育干预、优化社会支持环境以及强化个人责任意识,可以有效改善大学生食品安全素养水平。
The food safety literacy of college students is an important component of the Healthy China initiative,and its level directly affects the physical and mental health of college students as well as the stable development of society.This paper,based on the Healthy China strategy,explores the current status of college students’food safety literacy and analyzes the existing problems in their knowledge,attitudes,and behaviors regarding food safety.It also proposes targeted improvement paths from multiple dimensions,including individual,school,and societal levels.The study concludes that enhancing the food safety literacy of college students is of great practical significance for safeguarding their health and promoting social co-governance of food safety.Effective improvement in the food safety literacy of college students can be achieved through systematic educational interventions,optimization of the social support environment,and strengthened individual responsibility awareness.
