摘要
目的:对2022-2024年东兰县生活饮用水的微生物检测结果进行分析,以评估该地区饮用水微生物安全状况,为后续提升水质管理水平提供数据支持。方法:依托于2022-2024年东兰县生活饮用水卫生监测项目,对来自东兰县不同年份、区域及时期的出厂水、末梢水、二次供水及水源水样本进行系统抽样检测。重点对菌落总数、大肠埃希氏菌、耐热大肠菌群及总大肠菌群4个关键微生物指标进行了监测分析。结果:2022-2024年东兰县饮用水微生物检测结果显示,菌落总数检出率在2022年较高,3年间的菌落总数均未超标;大肠埃希式菌检出率逐年上升;耐热大肠菌群及总大肠菌群的检出率则是先升后降。农村生活饮用水菌落总数、大肠埃希氏菌、耐热大肠菌群和总大肠菌群检出率高于城市(P<0.05)。枯水期的菌落总数检出率高于丰水期(P<0.05),而在大肠埃希氏菌、耐热大肠菌群和总大肠菌群检出率上则没有显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论:东兰县饮用水微生物检测总体状况仍有待提高,建议相关部门持续加强饮用水微生物安全监测与管理,以保障居民饮水安全。
Objective:To analyze the microbiological detection results of drinking water in Donglan county from 2022 to 2024 to evaluate the microbial safety status of drinking water in the region and provide data support for subsequent improvement of water quality management.Method:Based on the 2022—2024 Donglan county drinking water sanitation monitoring project,systematic sampling and testing of factory water,peripheral water,secondary water supply and source water samples from different years,regions and periods in Donglan county were carried out.Four key microbial indicators were monitored and analyzed,namely total colony number,Escherichia coli,heat-tolerant coliform and total coliformflora.Result:The microbiological detection results of drinking water in Donglan county from 2022 to 2024 showed that the detection rate of the total number of colonies was higher in 2022,and the total number of colonies in the three years did not exceed the standard.The detection rate of Escherichia coli is increasing year by year;the detection rate of heat-tolerant coliform bacteria and total coliform bacteria increasedfirst and then decreased.The detection rates of total colonies,Escherichia coli,heat-tolerant coliform and total coliform bacteria in rural drinking water were higher than those in urban areas(P<0.05).The detection rate of total colonies in the dry season was higher than that in the wet season(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the detection rate of Escherichia coli,heat-tolerant coliform and total coliform bacteria(P>0.05).Conclusion:The overall situation of drinking water microbiology detection in Donglan county still needs to be improved,and it is recommended that relevant departments continue to strengthen the monitoring and management of drinking water microbial safety to ensure the safety of drinking water for residents.
