花球状ZnIn_(2)S_(4)的制备及其光催化降解四环素的性能

Preparation of Flower-like ZnIn_(2)S_(4) and Its Photocatalytic Degradation Performance for Tetracycline

摘要 以ZnCl_(2)、InCl_(3)·4H_(2)O、硫代乙酰胺为主要原料,采用水热合成法制备了ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化剂,采用XRD、SEM、XPS、UV-visDRS及XPS-VB等测试技术对ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化剂的晶相结构、形貌尺寸、表面组成、吸光性能及价带位置等进行表征,以抗生素四环素为目标污染物探究了ZnIn_(2)S_(4)光催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明,所得ZnIn_(2)S_(4)样品具有六方晶相结构,呈花球状形貌,吸收带边约为530 nm;光催化实验结果表明,氙灯光照70 min时,对四环素的降解率可达82.34%。捕获实验结果表明,在ZnIn_(2)S_(4)样品光催化降解四环素的过程中,发挥主要作用的活性物质为·O_(2)_(-)和h^(+)。 ZnIn_(2)S_(4) photocatalysts were prepared through hydrothermal method using zinc chloride,indium trichloride and thioacetamide as raw materials.Its crystal phase structure,morphology,size,surface composition,photo-response capability and valence band position were characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,UV-vis DRS and XPS-VB techniques.The photocatalytic performance of ZnIn_(2)S_(4) was explored through the degradation of antibiotics tetracycline.The results showed that the obtained flower-like ZnIn_(2)S_(4) sample exhibited typical hexagonal phase structure and the absorption edge was about 530 nm.The photocatalytic experimental results indicated that the obtained ZnIn_(2)S_(4) catalyst could degrade 82.34% of tetracycline under the Xe lamp illumination for 70 minutes.The scaven、ger experiments revealed the·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+)active species played a dominant role in the removal of tetracycline in ZnIn_(2)S_(4) system.
