摘要
钢轨焊接接头质量控制是列车安全运行的重要保障,提高检测水平是保证接头质量的关键手段。实现质量检测自动化,有助于提高检测的准确性、可靠性和高效性。设计了厂焊质量自动化检测方案,研制出厂焊质量一体化检测装备,实现了接头平直度测量和超声检测的一键完成。现场试用结果表明,该装备可显著提高焊轨基地的质量检测水平。
Quality control of rails welding is a crucial guarantee for the safety of train operation.Improving the testing capability is the key approach to ensuring welding quality.The implementation of automated quality testing technology facilitates improvements in testing accuracy,reliability,and efficiency.An automatic quality testing method for plant rail welding was presented and it developed an integrated testing equipment.The equipment achieves one-button operation for both straightness measurement and ultrasonic testing.Field trials demonstrate that the equipment can significantly enhance the quality testing capability of rail welding plants.
