摘要
论文基于中国30个省份2011—2021年的面板数据,全面解析了中国低碳创新效率的空间格局和区域差异成因。研究结论如下:(1)在样本考察期内,中国低碳创新效率呈现波动上升的趋势,但各地区及省域间存在明显差距。(2)从总体空间格局来看,中国低碳创新效率存在显著差异与正空间相关性,总体差异与空间相关性随时间推移均呈下降趋势;就局部空间格局而言,各省域在时空跃迁方面表现出高度稳定性和路径依赖性。(3)在投入产出层面,R&D人员全时当量、新产品销售收入和低碳专利授权数的不平衡是中国低碳创新效率区域差异的主要驱动因素;在内部治理层面,产业结构、政策支持和技术市场成熟度的不平衡是中国低碳创新效率区域差异的主要驱动因素。
Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021,this study comprehensively analyzes the spatial pattern and regional differences in China’s low-carbon innovation efficiency.The research findings are as follows:(1)During the sample period,China’s low-carbon innovation efficiency showed a trend of fluctuation and increase,but there were significant differences among regions and provinces.(2)From the overall spatial pattern,China’s low-carbon innovation efficiency exhibits significant differences and positive spatial correlation,with both overall differences and spatial correlation decreasing over time;in terms of local spatial patterns,provinces show high stability and path dependence in terms of temporal and spatial transitions.(3)At the inputoutput level,the imbalance in R&D personnel full-time equivalents,new product sales revenue,and low-carbon patent authorizations is the main driving factor for regional differences in China’s low-carbon innovation efficiency.At the internal governance level,the imbalance in industrial structure,policy support,and technological market maturity is the main driving factor for regional differences in China’s low-carbon innovation efficiency.
