摘要
针对格里坪选煤厂粗精煤泥中高灰细粒级含量高,粗精煤泥灰分超高的问题,通过分析末煤粒度和浮沉组成,并对比各末煤分选工艺的优缺点,确定采用FBS3600流化床分选机对选前脱下的粗煤泥进行有效分选和回收;介绍了工艺改造流程,改造后改善了脱泥效果,降低了粗精煤泥中高灰细粒级含量,达到了降低粗精煤泥灰分的目标,取得了较好的技术和经济效果。
In response to the high content of high-ash fine particles in the coarse clean coal slime and the excessively high ash content of the coarse clean coal slime at Geliping Coal Preparation Plant,the particle size and float-sink composition of the fine coal were analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various fine coal separation processes were compared.It was determined to use the FBS3600 fluidized bed separator to effectively separate and recover the coarse coal slime removed before selection.The process modification flow was introduced.After the modification,the slime removal effect was improved,the content of high-ash fine particles in the coarse clean coal slime was reduced,and the goal of lowering the ash content of the coarse clean coal slime was achieved,resulting in good technical and economic effects.
