摘要
胰腺上区淋巴结是D2淋巴结清扫的重要部分,但由于该区域解剖结构复杂、毗邻重要血管和器官等特点,成为胃癌根治术中的难点区域。深刻理解胰腺上区各组淋巴结的解剖学边界,规范清扫胰腺上区淋巴结且显露相关解剖学标识边界是做好胰腺上区淋巴结清扫质量控制的基础。将精细解剖理念始终贯穿于胰腺上区淋巴结清扫过程中,是安全、彻底地完成该区域淋巴结清扫,高质量完成胃癌D2根治术的重要保障。
The supra-pancreatic lymph nodes are a critical component of D2 lymphadenectomy.However,due to the complex anatomy of this region and its proximity to vital blood vessels and organs,it remains a challenging area in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.A thorough understanding of the anatomical boundaries of the various lymph node groups in the supra-pancreatic area,along with standardized lymph node dissection and clear exposure of relevant anatomical landmark boundaries,forms the foundation for quality control in supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection.Integrating the concept of meticulous dissection throughout the process of supra-pancreatic lymphadenectomy is crucial for safely and completely clearing lymph nodes in this region.This ensures the high-quality completion of D2 radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
