血流限制训练联合等速肌力训练治疗肌少症老年患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of blood flow restriction training combined with isokinetic muscle strength training in the treatment of elderly patients with sarcopenia

摘要 目的 观察血流限制训练联合等速肌力训练治疗肌少症老年患者的临床疗效。方法 肌少症老年患者60例随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组在对照组的常规营养支持和常规康复训练基础上,给予血流限制训练联合等速肌力训练,两组均治疗8周。采用四肢骨骼肌质量指数(ASMI)评估肌肉质量,采用肩关节屈峰力矩和伸峰力矩、膝关节屈峰力矩和伸峰力矩评估上、下肢肌群的肌力水平,采用简易机体功能评估量表(SPPB)评分评估躯体功能。比较两组治疗前后上述指标。结果 两组治疗后ASMI、肩关节屈峰力矩和伸峰力矩、膝关节屈峰力矩和伸峰力矩及SPPB评分均高于治疗前(P<0.01),且试验组上述指标升高更明显(P<0.01)。结论 血流限制训练联合等速肌力训练能有效治疗肌少症老年患者,改善患者肌肉质量。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of blood flow restriction training combined with isokinetic muscle strength training in the treatment of elderly patients with sarcopenia.Methods Sixty elderly patients with sarcopenia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of the conventional nutritional support and conventional rehabilitation training of control group,experimental group was given blood flow restriction training combined with isokinetic muscle strength training.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Muscle mass was evaluated by appendicular skeletal muscle index(ASMI),muscle strength levels of the upper and lower limb muscle groups were evaluated by flexion peak torque and extension peak torque of shoulder joint,flexion peak torque and extension peak torque of knee joint,and physical function was evaluated by short physical performance battery(SPPB)score.The above indicators before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results ASMI,flexion peak torque and extension peak torque of shoulder joint,flexion peak torque and extension peak torque of knee joint,and SPPB score were all higher in both groups after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01),and above indicators were increased obviously in experimental group(P<0.01).Conclusion Blood flow restriction training combined with isokinetic muscle strength training can effectively treat elderly patients with sarcopenia and improve their muscle mass.
