黄河流域资源型地区可持续农业与农村发展时空特征与耦合协调机制——基于42个地级市的实证分析 被引量:1

Spatial-temporal characteristics and coupled coordination mechanism of sustainable agriculture and rural development of resource-based areas in the Yellow River Basin:An empirical analysis based on 42 prefecture-level cities

摘要 黄河流域资源型地区是我国重要的能源资源基地和粮食供应地,探究其可持续农业与农村发展耦合协调机制是筑牢黄河生态安全屏障,促成其乡村振兴的关键所在。文中在测算2008—2020年该区可持续农业与农村发展水平的基础上,借用耦合协调度模型、地理探测器等分析了其可持续农业与农村发展的时空演变规律、影响因素及其耦合协调机制。结果显示:①研究区可持续农业、可持续农村以及可持续农业与农村发展水平皆整体呈低值波动缓增态势,其中可持续农业发展水平波动幅度相对较大且其值高于可持续农村发展的,且三者的空间异质性较明显;②制约研究区可持续农业与农村发展的障碍因子虽具有趋同性,但其空间差异性亦较为明显;③研究区可持续农业发展和可持续农村发展的耦合度高于耦合协调度,且分别呈弱降和明显增长趋势,目前依次处于拮抗和低度失调阶段;④2020年研究区可持续农业与可持续农村发展的高值区及其耦合协调度高值区皆大致沿海西州-鄂尔多斯-南阳-阿坝四地呈“蝶翼状”分布,而两者的低值区则多集中于黄河“几”字湾晋陕豫段部分地级市以及下游地区;⑤影响研究区可持续农业与农村发展的因子作用类型以交互作用为主,表明导致其耦合协调度空间分异的因子间交互作用的复杂性较强,随后依据其作用机理分类构建了促成流域可持续农业发展和可持续农村发展的耦合协调机制。 As a resource-based region in the Yellow River Basin,this study area is an important energy resource base and food supply area in China.Exploring its coupling coordination mechanism between sustainable agriculture and rural development is essential to building a solid ecological security barrier in the Yellow River and revitalizing its rural area.On the basis of estimating the level of sustainable agriculture and rural development in the study area during 2008—2020,the coupling coordination degree model and geographic detectors are used to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution patterns of sustainable agriculture and rural development,the influencing factors and their coupling and coordination mechanisms in this area.Here are the results:①the levels of sustainable agriculture and rural development of the study area fluctuate at a lower level and increase slowly,and the fluctuation range of sustainable agriculture development level is higher than that of sustainable rural development,its level is higher than that of sustainable rural development as well,and there is significant spatial heterogeneity among the level of sustainable agriculture and rural development,even sustainable agriculture development and sustainable rural development;②although the constraining factors of sustainable agriculture and rural development of the study area are convergent,their spatial heterogeneities are evident;③the coupling degree of sustainable agricultural development and sustainable rural develpoment is higher than the coupling coordination degree,while the former decreased weakly,and the latter increased obviously,and they are in the antagonistic and low-dissonance stages respectively;④by and large,the higher level areas of sustainable agriculture and sustainable rural development of the study area and the high level areas of their coupling coordination in 2020 exhibit a"butterfly-wings"distribution pattern along the Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture-Ordoscity-Nanyang City-Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,while its lower level areas concentrated in some prefecture-level cities in the Shanxi-Shaanxi-Henan section of the"several"bay of the Yellow River and downstream areas;⑤the type of factor affects the level of sustainable agriculture and rural development are interactions model,namely,the complexity of interaction among factors that lead to the spatial differentiation of their coupling coordination degree is extremely obvious,whereafter coupled coordination mechanisms for sustainable agricultural development and sustainable rural development in study area were constructed based on a classification of their mechanisms.
