中国茶叶质量安全全链治理风险分析和路径探讨

摘要 茶作为全球三大无酒精饮料之一,其质量安全直接关系消费者健康、产业可持续发展和国际贸易竞争力。本文系统分析茶叶全产业链中农药残留、重金属污染、微生物滋生、非法添加等核心风险源,基于“从茶园到茶杯”全链条管控理念,提出构建绿色种植体系、数字化加工和贮运、科技创新支撑、全链标准化和智慧监管的茶叶质量安全保障体系,探索茶产业可持续发展有效路径。最后强调,构建完善的茶叶质量安全保障体系,需统筹技术革新、机制创新、制度完善与产业数字化升级,推动中国茶业从规模优势向质量优势转型。 Tea,as one of the world's three major non-alcoholic beverages,has its quality and safety critically important for consumer health,sustainable industry development,and international trade competitiveness.This study presents a systematic analysis of core risk sources throughout the tea industry chain,including pesticide residues,heavy metal contamination,microbial proliferation,and illegal additives.Guided by the“from tea garden to tea cup”whole-chain control philosophy,we propose establishing an integrated tea quality and safety assurance system:green cultivation frameworks,digital processing and storage logistics,technology-driven innovation platforms,full chain standardization and Intelligent supervision.The research further explores actionable pathways for sustainable tea industry development.We emphasize that establishing a comprehensive tea quality and safety assurance system requires the coordinated advancement of:technological innovation,institutional mechanism redesign,regulatory system optimization,and industry-wide digital transformation.These measures are essential to facilitate China's strategic shift in tea production from scale-based to quality-driven paradigms.
