摘要
为分析大型桥梁工程中跨钢箱梁安装施工技术,采用理论结合实践的方法,立足施工的重难点,分析了中跨钢箱梁安装施工技术的应用要点。分析结果表明,在中跨钢箱梁安装施工中存在很多难点和重点,体现在吊装和安装难度大、中跨钢箱梁的焊接与匹配难度大、合龙与线形控制难度等方面。为有效解决施工中存在的重点和难点,需要应用到更加先进、规范、合理的施工技术,以确保施工的安全性和成桥质量。
In order to analyze the installation construction technology of long-span steel box girders in large-scale bridge engineering,a method combining theory and practice is adopted.Based on the key and difficult points of construction,this paper analyzes the key points of the application of the installation construction technology of long-span steel box girders.The analysis results show that there are many difficulties and key points in the installation construction of long-span steel box girders,which are reflected in aspects such as the high difficulty of hoisting and installation,the great difficulty of welding and matching of long-span steel box girders,and the difficulty of closure and linear control.In order to effectively solve the key and difficult problems in construction,it is necessary to apply more advanced,standardized and reasonable construction technologies to ensure construction safety and the quality of the completed bridge.
